Diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and repaired it quickly. Very good work,very professional, very nice . Highly recommend and will call on them for my needs in the future . In this day and age when it’s hard to trust some contractors….Clayton is one of the most trust worthy people I have met. He is an absolute professional and a master of his craft. I had about the most complex and unusual situation someone could have with their AC….Clayton was able to troubleshoot the issue and offered up the best solution. He went above and beyond. His employees are exceptional as well. He is a small business so he can’t always respond immediately but he is worth waiting for and is very good communicating and scheduling. I will never use anyone else for all my heating and cooling needs.

We had A/C problem with our upstairs unit blowing out warm air for almost a week. Found Keith Brown’s heating and air on Angie. Clayton came out had the unit up and running quickly. Cleaned the coils on both units ( because I let maintenance slip for a few years ) we have cold air in the house. Clayton did a great job diagnosed the problem quickly did not try selling me anything I didn’t need. I’ll be calling him again to keep the maintenance up on our A/C and furnaces. Great job, great tech, great price . I highly recommend Clayton and Keith Brown’s heating and air.

Called him out for my unit immediately tried to talk me through what to do educated me on everything about my unit and helped me and was more than willing to come out and fix the problem also was willing to warranty out parts and get me my money's worth. Honest and amazing man to say the least.
